烹饪课——蒸木薯糕

今天的烹饪课,老师带领小朋友们一同制作糕粿——马来木薯糕。当老师将食材端上桌子时,小朋友们都非常的兴奋开心,已经迫不及带想要开始了。首先,老师先向小朋友们一一介绍各种食材的名称,并向小朋友们介绍制作糕粿时所需要用到的器具,让小朋友能更深刻了解制作糕粿的材料和步骤。    接下来,老师让小朋友们使用五官用眼看,用手触摸,用口尝来感觉食材的味道,然后老师向小朋友们发问问题,例如:白糖的味道是怎么样的?它时什么颜色?小朋友们表现非常的棒,都能够把自己感受到的味道表达出来。    接下来,小朋友们便开始跟着老师指定的步骤变身成小厨师,一一的将食材倒入并搅拌,并在老师的协助下,开始煮食和蒸煮糕粿。烹饪课的目的在于能够培养小朋友们主动动手去做的能力,也让小朋友从制作过程中学会发现和探索,让小朋友们的学习生涯增添更多的有趣。       当所有食材准备好后,便开始放入蒸炉里蒸煮喽,小朋友们也从中不断观察糕粿在蒸炉里产生的变化,不久后终于完成了木薯糕的制作,小朋友们都吃到吮手指呢!大家快来看一看小朋友们的烹饪制作成品吧!         Advertisements

烹饪课——美味沙拉通心粉

今天的烹饪课,老师带领小朋友们一同制作美味的沙拉通心粉。这一项烹饪课的目标是希望小朋友们从烹饪课中学习认识沙拉通心粉的制作材料的名称和让小朋友们有机会体验自己制作食材的乐趣。 首先老师先让小朋友们大组的围绕在桌子旁,然后老师仙子昂小朋友们介绍所有材料的名称。制作沙拉通心粉的材料有通心粉、番茄、杂豆、蛋黄酱、芝士和些许的盐等等。老师在介绍材料的过程中,让小朋友们体验各种材料的味道,让小朋友们分辨食物的酸,甜,苦,辣,咸各种味道,然后向老师分享自己的感受。 接下来,老师便开始带领小朋友们如何开始制作通心粉,首先老师先做示范,并让小朋友们从中观察,戴老师示范完毕后,便轮到小朋友们亲手制作啦! 老师让小朋友们以小组的方式进行活动,只见小朋友们已经迫不及待的开始拿着自己想要的材料,然后将材料放入碗里后进行搅拌,直到搅拌均匀为止,这样的小组拿材料放进碗里然后搅拌的动作是为了促进小朋友的手眼协调的能力和手部小肌肉发展,并且在拿食材的同时,小朋友们能够复习所有材料的名称。 当所有的小朋友都制作完成了自己的沙拉通心粉后,老师便让小朋友们开始品尝自己亲手制作的通心粉,并分享自己制作通心粉的心得,小朋友们都很享受自己制作的美味通心粉哦!

烹饪课——胡萝卜蛋糕

今天的烹饪课是制作胡萝卜蛋糕,首先老师先让小朋友知道今天所需要用到的制作材料吧,材料有鸡蛋,面粉,烘培粉,糖,盐等等的材料,当然最重要的材料是胡萝卜啦,小朋友们都非常兴奋,也非常积极的参与。 介绍完所有的材料以后,老师便开始教导小朋友们如何制作好吃的胡萝卜蛋糕,老师也带领着小朋友一同参与制作过程,让小朋友们有一份参与感。首先,小朋友们便分工合作一起把所有的材料放进大桶里,然后搅拌混合均匀,这个活动能让小朋友们体验制作蛋糕的乐趣。当所有材料搅拌均匀后,便可以放进烘烤箱烘烤45分钟。 当烘烤完毕后,紧接着来到了最后一个步骤啦,就是让小朋友亲手涂上奶酪,美味的胡萝卜蛋糕便大功告成了,大家快来尝一尝吧!
